Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT services sales. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic business growth. Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), cold calling, and networking.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to increase revenue.
- Prepare tailored proposals, pitch presentations, and pricing models.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to adapt and improve outreach.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with online bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational requirement: Graduation.
- Prior experience in a customer service role (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Experience: 1-3yrs.
