Sr. Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to lead our business growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the IT service industry, especially in website development, digital marketing, and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT services.
  • Generate leads through email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
  • Understand client requirements and prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Participate in meetings, client calls, and follow-ups to ensure conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a BDE/Sr. BDE in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Website Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Branding, and IT Services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle independently.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with international sales.
  • Exposure to Upwork, Fiverr, or other freelancing portals (optional but added advantage).
  • Ability to create proposals and documentation.
