Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software development and project delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PHP, Node.js, React, or Angular, combined with proven leadership and client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to achieve project objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
- Provide technical guidance to the team, leveraging experience in PHP, Node.js, React, and Angular.
- Oversee task allocation, performance monitoring, and risk management for smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project management methodologies.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience in PHP.
- Strong knowledge and working experience (development or management) with Node.js, React, and Angular.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager / Tech Lead / Team Lead with direct client communication responsibilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
