We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with designers, front-end developers, and project managers to deliver innovative web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN stack).
- Build reusable components and modular front-end and back-end code.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of web security best practices and application architecture.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Good to Have
- Experience with Redux, TypeScript, or Next.js.
- Knowledge of GraphQL or Firebase.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, etc.).
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
