Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Online Bidder – Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 1 year of experience in an IT company to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, ZoomInfo, and similar marketplaces. You will play a key role in generating leads, securing projects, and driving business growth in the areas of website development, app development, software development, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities on bidding platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Create compelling proposals and bids tailored to client requirements in website development, app development, software development, and digital marketing.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present customized solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine bidding strategies.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and project acquisition targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT company, specifically in business development or online bidding.
- Proven experience in bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, ZoomInfo, or similar.
- Strong understanding of IT services, including website development, app development, software development, and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft persuasive proposals and interact with clients.
- Ability to understand client requirements and tailor bids to meet their needs.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Knowledgeable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or other lead generation platforms
Experience:
- IT sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Online bidding: 1 year (Required)
- Upwork: 1 year (Preferred)
