A Tele Calling Executive will have responsibility of calling to leads as cold calling to promote and sell Software Development Services & Digital Marketing Services and generate opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the US market to generate leads and promote our software development and digital marketing services.
- Engage and build rapport with prospects, effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in website development and digital marketing.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, meetings, and lead conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and optimize outreach efforts.
- Address client queries and concerns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Availability to work US shift hours: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (IST).
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in cold calling, particularly in the software development domain.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Active listening and empathy.
- USA & UK accent preferable
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Adequate knowledge on Google Sheet, Excel and Internet browsing.
- Multitasking and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational requirement: Graduation.
- Prior experience in a customer service role (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Experience: 1-3yrs.
