Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled HTML Developer with expertise in WordPress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end development, particularly in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with hands-on experience in creating and customizing WordPress themes and plugins. The candidate needs to work on Node, React, etc. You will be responsible for building responsive and visually appealing websites, ensuring seamless user experiences, and optimizing website performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of websites.
- Implement website designs based on mock-ups, wireframes, or design specifications.
- Customize and develop WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements.
- Manage WordPress installation, configuration, and updates.
- Optimize WordPress websites for performance, speed, and SEO.
- Integrate WordPress with various third-party tools and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including bugs, errors, and performance problems.
- Regularly update website content and features in coordination with content creators and marketing teams.
- Ensure website security by implementing best practices and regular updates.
Requirement
- Proven experience as an HTML Developer with a strong portfolio of web development projects.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Extensive experience with WordPress, including theme and plugin development.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of SEO best practices for web development.
- Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with WooCommerce or other eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Knowledge of other CMS platforms (e.g., Joomla, Drupal) is a plus.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and AJAX.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
