The Back Story
Our client is a leading industrial site maintenance company. They manage multiple on-demand machine inspections and service jobs. Their team of site engineers travels to various locations to visit the sites and inspect the health of the machines and different equipment. They perform various maintenance work and generate service reports and invoices.
The Challenge
Our client faced several workflow inefficiencies due to technical glitches in their app. It was creating issues in job ticket tracking and machine maintenance. The persistent problem of real-time tracking in the previous system created difficulty in monitoring:
- Real-time status of site visit and service report
- Distanced traveled
- Expenses for invoice generation
- Part and job ticket assignments
Objectives:
Right from the beginning, we were clear that we would have to create a powerful software tool that:

- Job-status update in real times

We used Angular 16 UI for better UX and MongoDB to manage data through a secured database. We leverage the secure PHP-based framework and SQL database. We created it so businesses can efficiently oversee contracts, users, machines, and invoices—all in one centralized system
