Business Development Executive

As a Business Developer in our IT company, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities. Fostering relationships with potential clients and expanding our customer base. Your role will be  involve a combination of strategic planning, market research, relationship building, and sales
execution to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential niches for expansion.
  • Analyze industry developments and stay updated with the latest technological
  • advancements.
  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels like upwork, freelancer, Fiverr, Linkdin,
  • including online research, networking events, and referrals.
  • Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs, pain points, and objectives to tailor solutions that address their requirements.
  • Identify areas for growth and create targeted plans to penetrate new markets or industries.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Deliver presentations to clients, showcasing how our solutions can address their challenges.
  • Execute the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and delivery teams, to ensure seamless project handovers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the company’s offerings based on client feedback and market demands.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (Master’s degree
  • preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, and the ability to articulate technical
  • concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
