Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online bidding, with proven experience working on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn Navigator. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing business opportunities through these platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively search for and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Prepare and submit high-quality proposals and bids that align with client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and executed.
- Keep up-to-date with platform policies, best practices, and industry trends to maximize bidding success.
- Monitor and analyze bid performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Proven track record of winning bids and securing projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of client requirements and the ability to provide tailored solutions.
- Proficient in creating compelling and professional proposals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with various industries and the ability to adapt proposals to different sectors.
